Yelling out “Casual Millennial” at a music festival in San Francisco is bound to draw hundreds, if not thousands, of responses. We’ll need something more unique than that.
Maybe it’s just the concerts you’ve been going to. I saw Metallica at AT&T Park in February and it was probably the best concert I’ve ever been to, even though I was sitting in the very last row.
Can’t wait for Outsidelands next month. It doesn’t get better than Radiohead, J.Cole and Duran Duran in my backyard (I live within walking distance of Golden Gate Park).
Not sure if this has made it outside the SF Bay Area, but there’s an awesome start-up ticket purchasing app out there called Gametime. You can buy tickets up to an hour after the game starts and they’re instantly delivered to your phone. I use it all the time, it’s usually cheaper than Stubhub. Much better than scalpers.
Don’t feel bad. Your supervisor knew the expected workload and would not have let you take time off if it was absolutely imperative that you work. Enjoy the weekend and don’t think about anything work related until next week.
I would hope that none of the “seasoned” coworkers would have done such a thing for realization that it would be childish and immature and would get them fired.
Reading that was extremely satisfying. Can’t wait to read more stories of all these coddled snowflakes getting a taste of what the real world outside their safe college bubble is like.
If you go to a concert and don’t post a snapchat/check in on Facebook, were you actually there?
Get your racist ass outta here

Incredible piece, thank you for writing it.
Also, I now feel bad about telling my friend that I can’t wait till Friday.

Reading this made me feel ancient. Now where’s my cane and glass of prune juice?
I hope you gave him 1 star and Uber reimbursed you.
If you’re paying less than $10 for that Old Fashioned, it’s probably going to taste like shit.
Reading this was the “nails on a chalkboard” equivalent for my eyes.
I hope that Todd completely misinterprets her text.

Not getting laid frees up a lot of time.

I try not to think about that. Living in California means paying way too much in taxes as is.
Beer is a food
No beer? Get outta here, commie.
They’re probably the type that either participated in or led the protests at Mizzou, Yale, etc.
