lol “recovery.” Q1 2014 GDP shrank by an annualized 2.9% & any “growth” we have had has been anemic (we averaged about 2% annually between the bottom in 2009 and the end of 2013). We should be growing 4-5% annually like during the Reagan recovery (the 17 quarters from the bottoming out of the Carter recession).
I am well aware of Mr. Cuban’s views. Keep in mind his reasoning is that that loss in tax revenue from corporate inversion will be passed onto we Americans in the form of another tax, i.e. he knows tax reform will never be on the table because politicians are scumbags. I would prefer he call for tax reform rather than ask companies to “suck it up,” but I don’t have to agree with him on everything.
Fascination? I live and work in the city. At this point in time self defense calibers are more practical for me than hunting calibers. You know, until General Zaroff legalizes the hunting of humans in the city.

I misread your comment. You’re right. If your state doesn’t require registration, don’t do it. We don’t have to in Georgia, either.
My uncle is a retired Marine and trained me with a .45 and AK-47 before I bought my first gun.
There is no benefit to law abiding gun owners registering a firearm with the government. In fact, only bad things can happen when those records are made public. http://newsfeed.time.com/2012/12/26/outrage-after-new-york-paper-posts-map-of-gun-owners-names-and-addresses/
