I generally only eat between 1200-1500 calories a day, drink two quarts of water, do cardio every day, and lift three times a week, so this stall is really quite curious. Hopefully the professionals will have answers!
I was actually thinking about that this morning; I see my round of doctors in a few weeks (primary, nutritionist, etc) and I’m going to ask what’s up! Thanks for caring 🙂
You’re right. I’ve already lost 80, so it will be over 100 when I reach my goal. Everyone is different, obvi, but In my case, my skin won’t “tighten up” after being stretched for too long, and no amount of working out can really help it.
I have a bachelors in sport management, a dual masters in leadership studies and organizational studies and am finishing a doctorate in leadership studies. I actually just really like school…nerd.

I actually make my breakfasts and lunches for the week on Sundays and I find that really helps since I work long hours as well.
Hahaha recipes are not unsolicited. I like to get ones that “real” people have tried.

Yeah no one is getting my starting weight. But I do cardio 7 days a week and lift weights 3 days a week.
