I’m going to say something and it won’t be the first time, nor will it be the last time – subscribe to Touching Base on iTunes and give us a 5-star rating. Chart climbing is something we’re not opposed to doing in order to get more people to listen.
But yeah, we have theme music now featuring Shooter McGavin and we’re on iTunes. Legitimately could not be more official than we are right now. You can catch up on old episodes while also receiving updates on new episodes whenever they’re available, if you subscribe.
In Episode 6, we were joined by our CEO, Madison Wickham who you can follow on Twitter and Instagram. We answered a bunch of listener-submitted questions before he discussed his trip to LA where he met with Adam Carolla and BJ Novak of Office fame.
Listen here.
Also, listen to our previous episodes on iTunes.
Also follow Dave (Twitter / Instagram), Dillon (Twitter / Instagram), Post Grad Problems (Twitter / Instagram), and myself (Twitter / Instagram) for all the updates on new episodes. .

First CD I ever bought was Ride The Lightning by Metallica in like 1998. Have no idea why. Feel like the first album is weird/embarrassing more times than not.
Linkin Park CD was my first purchase. I’d trade with you in a heartbeat.
Aside from being a relatively bad Metallica album I’d say that’s a pretty money first purchase. Mine was Whoomp (There It Is), which is just so, so awful
Mine was Siren Song of the Counter Culture by Rise Against. 15 year old me was a little badass.
Dax Shepherd is insufferable. Not funny goober.
Also, great podcast today. You folks are solid.
My first concert was INXS and I’m not ashamed to say that.
There are two types of bros born between 1983 and 1990: those who liked Limp Bizkit and liars.
I lied for the nookie. #PGP
I feel compelled to mention that Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant created The Office for BBC, and Greg Daniels adapted it for the US version. BJ Novak played a great character and definitely contributed a ton to writing and producing, but he was never one of the showrunners. He and Mindy Kaling were writers that ended up getting cast.
Tell me about the jeans at Mott & Bow.
Almost interjected with (some of) that mid-‘cast but getting into the logistics that late in the recording was going to derail us. Kayla’s Komment needs to pick that up and keep us in check.

This is all true, but in my defense I did say he was “part of creating” the Office, and wasn’t insinuating that he was THE creator
Starting out with #stopeatingass was a PGPM.
