Among the listener questions we received for this episode were choosing the perfect Instagram filter, surviving living in a city of hipsters, how MTV needs to bring back Rock-N-Jock basketball, how we’d hide a body, Ken Bone, if Siamese twins have to buy two movie tickets, and hunting. Dave also rattles off some “Real or Fake” Vice headlines and we crush our promo read (to no one’s surprise).
Oh, and Dave reveals that he was a part of a viral “coning” video.

“We’ll talk about what happened at Grandex on the pod, we want to be transparent.”
Spends maybe 30 seconds without giving any details. Beautiful spin guys
Bacon basically confirmed on TFM today that the comment on yesterday’s snapchat column about the fact that their merchandising is doing better than the websites and they’re going more to a freelancer role for writers with a few dedicated on-site writers. Madison is apparently going to write a press release as well.
Bacon’s making it sound like the original guys are going to do more writing. I hate to compliment them, but it could be a good thing if it’s a return to the TFM of old, which there’s a chance to that if the website itself isn’t making a ton of money, allowing them to drop a lot of outside advertisers and/or companies who actually give a shit about what is allowed in the content and comments.
BRING BACK RUSH BOOBS!!!!!!
And start a new thing called OFFICE BOOBS!!
Sorry. Went to happy hour and this is real dumb.
Some of the best ideas happen in bars. Keep shooting.
That was my comment, I always knew I was genius.
I hope it’s better than his review of Temps on iTunes, should probably let Dave handle it.
There not gonna be around anymore. How many more details do you need?
Maybe just spend more time exploring your corporate rebranding and the reasons behind it instead of the 3 minutes you discussed how to position your hand when “throwing the deuce”
“We’re going in a new direction.” Like south?
My comment was meant to be sarcastic, for the record.
I read it that way, we’re all on the same team here.
My girl Kayla isn’t on the team anymore…
Shout out to Slayla, we love you girl
This is truly sad. I remember a couple years ago when they went from using pseudonyms to their real names (at least on TFM, Dan, Jared and Harrison changed to real names, as did Dillon and Bacon). It was really cool to see the way the company had grown and how many in house writers they had, and alot of them were really good. I will admit the sites have gotten… different… as of late, its still sad to see alot of the guys gone, but hopefully everything works out for the best.
Being reminded that PGP, TFM, and TSM are a business is always depressing. They’re supposed to be our escapes from the real world
If you guys don’t want to spend so much on content why won’t you just give us a forum. People latch on to the most random of topics in comment sections sometimes. It’s one of my favorite parts of this site. I understand wanting clicks on articles. However, If the goal is to spend less on content production, allow us to create content openly.
If there’s such a need for forums, how hasn’t anyone started a Reddit page?
And didn’t Duda just move to Austin for this job?
Yep, and that folks is why you don’t move halfway across the country to become a blogger.
“Ft. Ken Bone” was fraudulent advertising and we are appalled
