Last weekend was a big one for me, and nothing I do this weekend could possibly compare, so I’m not even going to try. I’m doing quite literally nothing all weekend long. No plans. Not even Easter plans. Just straight chill mode all weekend long with a couple bottles of red. Should be fun.
I might head to the ranch Sunday to see the fam for Easter, but like I said, no plans yet. On a sad note, one of our horses gave birth to a foal (it’s a real term – look it up) on Monday that died the next day. We’re not sure why but those horses out there tried to kill me in cold blood so silver living is one fewer horse to keep my eye on. Still sad, though.

Going home to the folks’ house. Hometown bars with the high school gang on Friday night, will take a shot or four for Charlie Murphy. Golf with dad on Saturday. Grandma’s for Easter Sunday with the extended family. Nice little weekend planned.

Spent a lot of money this week booking and planning a beach trip for next month so I’ll be spending minimal money tonight (we’re thinking Edward 40 hands) and then heading to Atlanta for a friend’s birthday tomorrow
we used to use champagne bottles and call it Edward Fancyhands
NHL playoffs which means Labatts and Molsons all weekend.
Flying down to Florida for a little R&R. It’s a United flight out of O’Hare. Hopefully some airline goon is forced to beat the shit out me and I can sue for millions in damages.
Tomorrow night is ladies night at work, or at least one of my coworkers is turning 40 and has decided we need to go out dancing to celebrate. This could be fun, but I think no one will look at me the same after this. Gonna get sloshed and dance like a 10 is watching me.
