Whenever I see a dog chasing after a tennis ball or a child playing in the park, I get this inherent feeling of sadness before thinking, “I’ll never feel that type of joy again.” Those dogs and those children? They don’t have bills to think about. Age isn’t a number to them. They don’t have hangovers. For them, life is good.
But just this past weekend, I was lethargically scrolling through Twitter when I came across the amazing story of one man. His name? Uglyfine. His Twitter handle? @RubeTheGoat. His story? An inspiration to us all. His story, from six months ago, is a coming-of-age tale about a man who has been wanting a rabbit for “the longest time.” And when he came up on one while driving one night? Well, his dream came true.
Hope you have a box of Kleenex ready, because your eyes are about to piss tears of joy.
Dreams do come true, everyone. Keep striving, and maybe one day, you too will find your rabbit – whatever that may be. .

*the rabbit then runs away into on coming traffic but is then mistaken as a Pokemon from a mouth breather strolling down the sidewalk. The young man is bundled by multiple pick up trucks as the bunny was agile enough to escape to the other side of the street unscathed.*
