The office coffee pot is broken. PGP.
Might as well send everyone home.
Least productive day ever, it also doesn’t help I put my two weeks in today as well.
Always have a stash of caffeine pills on hand in case of emergency.
Not having a coffee pot at work. The real PGP
Pro-Tip: Head to Goodwill and scope the glassware rack. Guaranteed, there’ll be a spare carafe or two. Become the hero your office deserves, but not the one it needs.
Sadly it appears it’s the whole machine that’s broken not just the pot.
Did someone just throw the whole thing against a wall?
Probably.
Ahhh, understood! When you said “coffee pot,” I thought you meant the carafe. Is it one of those industrial-type coffeemakers or the ones used at home? Does the unit turn on at all? Use vinegar to descale it. If the water chamber isn’t emptying, force vinegar into the intake with a syringe. If it’s not turning on at all, take it apart and check for a bad ground. If all else fails, call the unit manufacturer and cry. Good luck!
Thank you for your help, honestly I don’t care enough to do anything about it bc I’ll be here for 6 more days.
