Fallon
“The Tonight Show” aired a new edition of Brian Williams Rapping, this time to Sir Mix-a-Lot’s “Baby Got Back.” This is arguably the best one yet.
The show is filming in Orlando this week as well, and in a fantastic move of corporate synergy, NBC’s top talent, Jimmy Fallon, visited Universal Studios theme park (both are owned by the same company) to promote the brand new “Diagon Alley” addition to “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” attraction. Jimmy and his announcer/sidekick, Steve Higgins, went wand shopping at Ollivander’s.
Kimmel
Jimmy Kimmel went Stanley Cup crazy on last night’s show in order to celebrate the LA Kings Stanley Cup Finals victory over the New York Rangers. He had Kings stars Justin Williams, the Stanley Cup MVP, and Alec Martinez on the show, with the Stanley Cup itself in tow.
Kimmel brought NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio on the show, live via satellite, to honor his bet with the Mayor of Los Angeles: Mayor de Blasio had to sing “I Love LA.”
To celebrate, they drank a margarita out of the Stanley Cup.
Letterman
Dave had comedienne/babe/terrible sitcom actress Whitney Cummings on the show last night, pretty much for the sole purpose of confusing the shit out of him about Tinder. Old people don’t understand technology! It’s a laugh-a-minute.
In honor of the passing of the late, great Casey Kasem, yesterday the Letterman YouTube page shared one of the legendary Disk Jockey’s best appearances on the show, a Top Ten list from September, 1993.
Conan
Last night on “Conan,” sidekick Andy Richter opened up a new side-business to make ends meet.
