Cassie Smart
School: University of California-Santa Barbara
Hometown: Anaheim, CA
Internship: Google
Division: Human Resources
Major: Public Relations
GPA: 3.9
Student Loan Debt: Solvent
Golf Handicap: N/A
Work Ethic: 8/10
Pros:
– She’s coming from a major league system: The Goog.
– Will definitely not be returning to Google. Looking at startups.
– School is 100% paid for. Family is loaded. Won’t ask for a raise anytime soon after being hired.
– Willing to work for cheap, as long as stock options are involved.
Cons:
– Book smart. Not exactly business savvy, which explains why she wants to go into HR.
– Looking into starting her own business.
– Doesn’t drink much. Might crack under the pressure without a vice in the professional world.
Projected: Late 1st round
Recruiter says: “Smart is on the fast track. Having Google on her résumé is going to pay huge dividends for her and she could easily get hired by anyone. It’s going to be a short-term hire, though. She’s set on starting her own business, but has no idea what that business is going to be.”
Pure gold. Now only if we could add a Postgrad Romance Novel or maybe a choose your an adventure (day at work).
Good stuff. Just wanted to point out that from everyone I know that did an internship for Deloitte or my other national firm, 50k salary is on the lower end of the pay scale.
Those assholes.
Ever get tired of “Not here for a hookup” on Tinder? I present to you “Tinder for Sluts.”
This was great but did anyone else notice the massive amount of Silicon Valley (TV Show) references?
…massive?
I don’t see how that’s a problem.
