I’m on the purple pill now. I find the risk of early onset dementia preferable to scorched esophagus.
My doc put me on the strongest antacid prescription on the market for about 8 weeks. I could barely digest food, but it’s been about 6 months off the stuff now and I have been indigestion/heartburn free unless I go crazy on some wings. Definitely worth a shot at asking.
