At last, the first season of The Young Pope has come to an end. We break down episodes 9 and 10, and give our thoughts on the season as a whole.

Then we get into the new season of Girls on HBO with a combination of perspectives: Veronica loves the show and has seen every episode, Barrett hasn’t watched the last couple seasons but is back in for podcast purposes, Ross tuned out a few years ago and is never coming back, and Micah has never seen the show before but is watching to give absurd commentary.

Next week, we’ll get back to Homeland and knock out two episodes of that, and we’re adding Big Little Lies as a new show, because the first episode was fantastic, so we’ll be doing two episodes of that next week as well.
