Billy Boy today is a glorious day for deals. Was up late working on my offer for a second income property, submitted at midnight. Crushed a Yeti full of closer juice during the commute in this morning. Now off to close a deal with a shipyard to upgrade some guided missile cruisers, while checking my phone for the counter on the house! After work heading into D.C. for a veterans networking event to start setting up life after the Navy! #DCO

Well someone was shot (gotta love Houston) about 10 feet from my dog walking route last night about 30 minutes after I took the dog out so I’m feeling #blessed this morning. Got my mom’s birthday celebration tonight but first a short day with a visit to Collectors Firearms to upgrade the arsenal
