Unless this guy was auditioning for a part in Magic Mike 2, I don’t think that this is a good strategy.
A 32-year-old man named Muka Mirza applied for an IT job, and to set himself apart in his interview, he decided that the best course of action would be to take his clothes off while singing the Weather Girls’ classic hit “It’s Raining Men.”
Of course, he didn’t get the job. I dunno man, I would’ve considered hiring him. IT guys are pretty weird anyway, in the best way possible, and this dude seems like he would’ve been a hit at Christmas Parties. Do you guys see a reason not to hire this guy?
The little bit there where he claims that he was involved in human sex trafficking in the Middle East. Yeah. Don’t know if that qualifies as “applicable experience.” Maybe leave that out next time and just let them catch it during the background check?
Like I said, IT guys are pretty weird, but I think this guy takes the cake.

Pretty sure you can’t tell a job candidate that they should seek medical attention.
What do you expect from a company called “No Bullshit Recruitment”?
