I debate about taking a sick day throughout my entire ride to work. PGP.
Why are you people are work 30-60 minutes early??
Used to do this at a previous job. Even though the pay was good Im so glad I left. My advice is to throw out some resumes and see what’s out there. I’m not thrilled about my current situation but I’m also not in a headspace of actively trying to convince myself to go to work or tallying up my sick days and wondering how many more I can push in before a chat with HR.
I purposefully park far away from my coworkers so I can sit in my car for 30 minutes and mentally prep for the day. I feel you.
