About a month ago, we covered the story of Ryan Block, a guy who was just trying to change his cable and internet service and ended up getting harassed for 20 minutes by an irate Comcast customer service employee.
This week, yet another video surfaced, from Aaron Spain. He simply wanted to make changes to his service and was put on hold for three hours until Comcast’s call center was closed for the day. This video is infuriating:
