I’m not afraid to say that I’ve not posted a photo on Instagram before because I thought it would ruin the aesthetic of my feed. Yeah, it’s very Kylie Jenner of me, but it’s true. And if you haven’t gone back and deleted some old photos in an effort to clean up your feed, now’s the time to do it because it will help out a great cause.
We’ve all been there – you’ve got a great meal from a trendy restaurant in front of you and you think to yourself, “I want the world to know that I just overspent on a burger with an egg on it from Au Cheval in Chicago.” You Instagram it and it gets maybe a third of the likes of a normal photo, because no one actually cares what you’re eating. You labor over deleting it but think, “Ugh, no, that’s a bad look.” But now if you delete that photo, you can donate eleven meals to those in need. Yes, eleven meals.
Per Bustle:
According to AdWeek, Land O’Lakes is going to donate 11 meals to those in need for every food photo you delete from your Instagram feed. All you will have to do is go to the Delete to Feed website and link your Instagram account so that they can check how many photos have been deleted. This way, you can clean up your feed and help those who need it.
Hell, even if you did crush your foodie photos, delete them anyway if not just to lend a helping hand. If clinging to a photo of your acai bowl is more important to you than putting food on the table of someone who needs it, that’s a damn shame.
For all the information, read on AdWeek and connect your Instagram account using Delete To Feed. Share with your friends and make a difference, even if it’s just by deleting your shitty photos from 2014. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got some deleting to do. .

If my photo count goes up do they take food from the hungry?
