I’ve had an Uber driver offer me a room in her apartment. I’ve had an Uber driver give me his number if I ever needed to rent his timeshare in Florida. I’ve even had an Uber driver play me his mixtape while I Periscoped us dancing to it. But, I’ve never had an Uber driver act like this.
Twitter user @NotLikeAnt was taking a casual ride when he had an inkling that his driver might have been railed out on coke. He proceeded to live tweet the entire ride, explaining that his driver is a drug dealer who also offered to help him find more blow and even some hookers. The entire exchange is phenomenal.
But then after Twitter caught onto @NotLikeAnt’s Tweets, someone at Uber reached out in order to remedy the “problem.”
Well, @NotLikeAnt is a disciple of the streets and knows that snitches get stitches.
D’Angelo from The Wire once said, “If anybody asks you why you in this game, you tell ’em you in it for life, a’ight?. You play it hard, you play it tight, and you make sure [your associates] know you gonn’ stand by your people. No loose talk, no second thoughts and no snitching. Play it like that.”
I’ve never seen The Wire before, but that seemed hella relevant. Big ups to @NotLikeAnt. .

Will, the Wire would be one of your all time favorite shows. So many phenomenal one liners in there.
I know, man. I started watching it on DVD (before HBO Go was a thing) and when I went back to the store to get disc two, they had lost it. It really turned me off.
I kinda judge you for never seeing the Wire
