“Game of Thrones” is the bloodiest show on television. It’s also the nakedest and the most soul-crushing and the most awesome. Well, get ready for even more soul-stomping action in season four. Producer David Benioff said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that fans of the show are probably going to have heart palpitations all season because everyone is pretty much going to die.
“We always before had breathing room episodes before. There’s just no relaxing this season. If we can pull this off, it will top season 3.”
TOP season three? A season that had the most shocking scene in HBO’s history with the “Red Wedding” episode? A season that showed a dude’s hand getting chopped off? A season that had a dude’s weiner getting chopped off? A season that had A WOMAN FIGHTING A BEAR?! How you gonna top that, Benioff? I don’t know, but I can’t wait. Joffrey’s getting into his angsty adolescent years (so are the dragons) and will probably be more murderous than ever.
