What can I even say that adds to what is going on in this photo?

Jude Redfield of Louisville’s WDRB wore a skin-tight green outfit with a skeleton attached to its front to deliver the weather report this Halloween. Only his head was exposed. When his outfit was set against the green screen behind him, it created the illusion that a skeleton with Redfield’s actual head was giving the report.
