Tonight is the official Micah and Sean Clements weigh-in here at Grandex HQ. The fist throwing exhibition is next week at Onnit, but for this event, Micah has home field advantage. Free alcohol, a podcast by Back Door Cover, a face-off during which Micah promises to take a swipe at Clements, shit-talking, individual workouts, Dave working the mic as emcee — and it’s open to the public, for free.
Saturday, I have my second and final fantasy football draft. Should be a fun and fairly lowkey weekend for your boy.

Tonight we’re going to take it easy. Order some Chinese and watch Netflix. Tomorrow we’re going to the pool, dinner, and then out with some friends. Going to be a marathon but I’m excited.
Sunday is going to be for recovery and learning to accept that I’m not old now. Have a blessed weekend y’all

Flying out to Vegas Saturday afternoon with a trio of buddies. Slightly frightened with staying 3 nights, but copped the parents’ time share on the Strip and they have a 3 night min policy. T&P for my bank account, liver, and overall life in general.

My older brother (ten years) and his wife are coming into town tomorrow from SF for a week. So excited to show him around the neighborhood and that I resemble a successful adult now. Going to try ribs on the smoker for the first time, drink my homebrew kegged hefeweizen, and generally just enjoy RiNo.
Heading to Santa Barbara for the weekend. Looking forward to relaxing and lots of wine/beer tasting. Going to the animal shelter Sunday to look at doggos. Have a fun weekend y’all.

Im going to Portugal this Wednesday so mostly preparing for that. I’m disappointed I’ll be missing the live podcast of Micah’s exhibition, but I’m excited for Portugal nonetheless

Went in May for 2 weeks- Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Porto, and a shit ton of wineries. Sintra was unreal. Enjoy!
