Let’s get right to it: I’m so excited about what May is bringing to Netflix and I can sum up that excitement in two words: female comedians.
If you haven’t watched Ali Wong’s Baby Cobra, you must before her new special drops on May 13th. Follow that up on May 27th with The Break with Michelle Wolf, the host of this year’s White House Correspondents dinner and person who my fellow PGP writer Best and I stalk every time we are in NYC. We’ve also got Tina Fey on David Letterman’s show and a new special with Tig Notaro.
Not to slight the dudes: I’m also super excited for the special from John Mulaney and Joel McHale’s new show, but obviously, May is all about the ladies.
As for what’s leaving: well, the guillotine has fallen for Disney lovers, with a ton of Disney network movies departing, but honestly…who cares? Watch some grown up TV, for pete’s sake.

John Mulaney is a national treasure.
Pumped for the new one
Sad to see Cadet Kelly go… Lizzie McGuire can get it.
Been saying this for years.
Oh my God… It’s Jason Bourne!!! (cue Moby music)
Bring back How I Met Your Mother
After the removal of HIMYM and always sunny, combined with the package deal of 12.99 for a bundle with spotify premium…I have decided to take my talents to Hulu. I want to apologize to those harmed by this decision, mainly the 4 people who use my Netflix account. Seinfeld, Rick & Morty, and a plethora of other comedies unavailable on Netflix is just too much to pass up.

I’ve had Hulu Live for a bit now… what’s this you speak of regarding Spotify? Forst I’ve heard of it
You can combine your Spotify and Hulu account. It takes away your Hulu billing and transfers it to Spotify.
holy shit you just made my day
Preach, after the loss of HIMYM, Always Sunny, Futurama, and now Archer, I have nothing to nostalgically watch (save for Office) when I cook my shitty weekday dinners.
Looks like I’ll be watching Goodfellas yet again before next week
I can watch that movie any time it’s on.
Completely agree. Love that movie.
Mr. Woodcock: a classic weird as fuck but oddly funny FX rerun
Hundred percent plan on closing out a busy weekend by sitting my ass on the couch Sunday night and watching Field of Dreams before it’s departure.
What are yalls thoughts on the last Bourne movie? Thought it would be halfway decent as a stand-alone summer action flick but was a letdown compared to the original trilogy.
Amelie is supposed to be amazing, and I’m sometimes a sucker for awful comedies and I saw Harold and Kumar go to White Castle once so I’ll have to check it out.
Haven’t seen Amelie so I can’t comment on that but idk why this is being downvoted? H&K escape is a great bad comedy. With you on this Dave.
Ross tried to speak ill of it and even then realized how much of a ridiculous gem it is. gangganggang
Amélie is the French movie that tries too hard to be French. I’ve seen it countless times while studying French and never met an actual French person who liked it.
