April is officially my favorite month. Most of you probably say that because of the arrival of warm(er) weather and baseball, but this year, I’m saying it for one thing and one thing only: the arrival of Bad Boys on Netflix.
(and yes, I know that’s from Bad Boys II, which is the superior film in the franchise IMHO, but it encapsulates my feelings, so shut up)
Of course, a new month means we are losing some good ones too — particularly, The Pursuit of Happyness and The Shawshank Redemption — but I’ll gladly trade one Will Smith film for another.

John Mulaney: New in Town is an absolute MONSTER.
7 Pounds is a movie I only have the emotional stamina to watch once.
Will Smith’s steeze in the Bad Boys series is off the charts
Big news for our very own Bill Nye. Congrats, brother.
If you cook the books for hedge funds long enough, you might just make it to Netflix.
True story.
…and Arby’s is switching from Pepsi to Coke products. This is all too much.
Moving to Texas in the near future. Netflix being clutch with Friday Night Lights coming back in order to get me ready.
There seems to be some confusion on whether it’s the movie or the show that’s coming in April. (The movie is good, but I’m hoping it’s the show.)
Mortal Kombat is an all-time great “bad movie”
One of the few movies where the sequel is so bad that it makes the original seem decent.
Randomly watched “Begin Again” recently and would highly recommend! Perfect Sunday night movie.
Cats & Dogs was my childhood fav. Goldblum at his finest
The Family Man is a low key deep Nic Cage flick.
