Another weekend, another terrifying hurricane bearing down on an American coast. Thoughts and prayers to our friends in Florida and any other areas that are in Irma’s path.
While that’s not fun, there is still plenty to be had out there. I’ll be going to see It tonight, the late showing (11:25), after dinner and drinks. Casual date night. Should be fun.
Texas has another home game this weekend and the weather should be about perfect for tailgating. Stop by if you’re in the area. Free drinks and food. The Homie might even make a surprise celebrity appearance.

All day football viewing banger in the backyard. Filling the smoker with ribs and my gut with bourbon. Temps should top out around 75 with 0% chance of rain, but there’s a near 100% chance I forget my name by 8 o’clock.
