How’d that bathroom situation work out?
The wife and I once had a hotel room with no bathroom door due to it being some newfangled modern architecture design bullshit which made for a few awkward side eyes and mild embarrassment. I eventually gave up and starting doing all my official business in the conference center restrooms.
It went well. I apologized for the disaster I made when we first arrived then resorted to the lobby bathrooms. Her appreciation made the elevator ride worth it.
It’s going to be a two pot day. Gashed my leg on a trim tab at the cottage, 7 hours spent in a Canadian ER and an ungodly amount of money for 8 stitches later, I’ll be hobbling into the office fist full of coffee and head full of otc opiates.
Its another beautiful day in the neighborhood, a tree only almost fell through my window last night. Time for coffee and shit like that.
It’s about to be a busy week full of meetings and the county director coming into the office thursday that we need to impress. Lets get it.

Got the news last night that the BF passed the final phase of his Ranger training. Needless to say I will be phoning it in at work until my flight on Thursday.
Just got home from 10 days in Canada. Woke up at 2:30 am and went until 6:00 pm to when I finally got home. Turning around today to fly to Florida for a conference. I don’t think there’s enough coffee.
