I personally can’t wait for Anne, based on the Anne of Green Gables books which were some of my favorites growing up, since my grandparents are from Prince Edward Island, Canada, where the story takes place. The books have been adapted a bunch of times for TV and film, but there’s always room for one more. What are you looking forward to on Netflix next year? .

You’re the best, 2NOTBroke. Glad you made the cut.
(Is that nice enough for you?)
She was a remote if i remember correctly
You don’t get my joke.
I’m pretty tore up about Grandex. I’ve been a fan since my TFM days back in school. I hope they at least attempt to resemble their original self to keep us regulars entertained. This is a decent start
No offense to the ladies out there because our regular female commenters more than hold their own with the male dominated PGP core audience, but if Veronica is writing those articles to appeal to the majority of former TSMers this site is going to become about 40% unreadable.
I don’t like golf so I don’t waste my time by reading the MANY golf related articles. I still have plenty of articles left to read on here. It’s not that hard to silently pass up an article that doesn’t appeal to you at all. Now do I think the TSM tone doesn’t really transfer to PGP well? Yes, but I would love to see a little more female representation in this boys club. Might have to go through some growing pains to get to a happy medium.
I hope everyone reads my articles.
I don’t know how to read.
I agree with you, and I too don’t read all of the articles. My point, which could have been more clearly stated, is that I enjoy the niche market PGP has created. While I sometimes go over to Barstool or Bro Bible, I find the articles to be much less original and geared towards all males over the age of 18. While they’re not quite the Maxim magazine of the internet (see the Chive) their common denominator from a reader / commenter standpoint is much lower than I perceive PGP’s to be. I’m not going to call us all intellectuals but it seems as though the core audience here is college educated, working the 9 – 5 grind, and not the “I barely passed high school and still live in the basement” trolls that frequent other sites, and I hope it stays that way. Lastly, #teammapnerds
But I do live in a basement, they just don’t know I’m there.
They need to make Nived a regular writer
I agree. After the guy wearing makeup article, I really think Grandex is a victim of our PC culture. They were probably taking huge hits with advertising and who knows how many back office issues from the loud libtards. Now we’re stuck with original Grandex writers who can easily be controlled while the more “edgy” freelance writers are gone.
One news piece isn’t indicative of any sort of larger strategy, so try not to harp on it.
We’re also going to touch on this on the podcast a little as well because it’s just easier than sifting through comments.
Just don’t let it happen again (not the firing, but Veronica’s news).
Can someone do us a public service and gives us a transcript?
I’m finding myself bumming about this today more than I thought I would. I started reading TFM in college and slowly moved over as I started to enjoy Humpday Hookup Horror stories and other Brian and Knox articles. Been following Will since his Scaries days too. Honestly part of the reason I come here is it makes me happy to see younger people succeed and do something they genuinely enjoy. I hope everything works out. There was a lull in the time after Brian and before they brought Will on full time, too. Just stinks right now.
can you provide insight as to wtf happened/is happening for those of us who are out of the loop?
Just by looking at their company organization, you can see that there are a ton of “VPs” and “directors”, and there’s like nobody over the age of 40. Looks like a lot of chiefs and not enough indians.
“SVP Director of Directing”
Wait, what happened??
I’m wondering the same thing, man. somebody throw us a bone (in the form of a link, preferably)
Go to the snapchat article and read the comments there.
Canadian connection, Sup?
there will be a season 2 of the ranch in 2017 at some point also
Props for being the only comment that is directly related to the article at hand
That came out last week. And I may or may not have watched the whole season on Monday…
