If you’ve been using app dating for a while, there’s a decent chance things have gotten stale even in your nonexistent online dating life. Whether you’ve run out of people to swipe, you’ve matched with the same person on four different apps, or you’ve had to expand your interests to include people in their thirties over 50 miles away, eventually you just run out of options. Thankfully, if you’re in a slump, Tinder released some of their data to Business Insider to figure out which cities have the highest number of active users. So pack your bags and book your flight because in these 15 cities, the matches are never-ending.
1. Los Angeles, CA
2. New York, NY
3. Chicago, IL
4. San Francisco/Bay Area, CA
5. Boston, MA
6. Phoenix, AZ
7. San Diego, CA
8. Houston, TX
9. Seattle, WA
10. Dallas, TX
11. Miami, FL
12. Orlando, FL
13. Philadelphia, PA
14. Las Vegas, NV
15. Austin, TX
Unsurprisingly, half of these locations are vacation destinations and tourist traps which should have a constant rotation of fresh faces for a bachelorette party every Thursday – Sunday until the end of time. On the bright side, all of those destination wedding invites hanging on your fridge now have a silver lining – tons and tons of potential matches. Of course, if you get left swiped at home, you’re probably not much more likely to get right swiped elsewhere, but hey, there’s always the chance that at least one other person in one of these cities thinks you have some sliver of potential. Good luck out there. .

These are literally the most populated cities in the country. Not surprising.
I was getting worried there, you guys havent posted a “Top Cities For…” article in days!
So basically Business Insider was able to surmise that by living/being in one of the largest cities in the country, you have greater swiping potential? That’s deep.
However, having taken a Tinder match to a wedding before, can confirm creates great stories for all involved.
When you realize you just moved away from one of those cities. PGP
Since these are the largest US metros then technically isn’t this also the list of top cities where you’re more likely to get left swiped too?
Basically metro areas over 2mil in population.
Living in Dallas and I still rarely get matches.
