As for your comments on drinking beer on top of a mountain, that’s a pretty common practice for the climbers in the PNW. Especially Rainier Beer on the summit of Mt. Rainier.
Just looked up the Matt’s El Rancho menu, I support Dylan. So many better things on the menu. Would maybe sizzle once a month.
