I can’t buy gas or groceries with my 401K.
You can in about 60 years. Hopefully.
My company offers no such thing. That’s the non profit life for you.
My company doesn’t do this. PGP
A lot of companies don’t do matching, and a lot have terrible 401k plans and fund line ups.
That being said, always get the match if you can.
