Getting to work 5 minutes early so you can leave 5 minutes early. PGP.
It took me a while, but I’ve developed the “getting to work 10-15 minutes early on a daily basis to soften the pushback from the times you sleep through your alarm” move. I still don’t know if it’s a PGP or a PGPM.
The boss notices 10 minutes late way more than 10 minutes early. Also, unless you’re 45 minutes late one day per week the math just doesn’t work out.
True, but if you’re 45 minutes late to work once a week you better start looking for a different job. It’s meant for that rare occasion once every few months.
