How’s your typical Wednesday night looking these days? I bet I can guess: You roll in after sitting in God-awful traffic for 35 minutes while listening to AM sports radio, then you turn your attention to dinner. You were going to cook, but it looks like you forgot to thaw the chicken again, so you’ve got that going for you. Sound familiar?
Look, it’s the middle of the week and you’re probably just starting to recover from another back-to-back max out session at your local watering hole. You need something to look forward to. You need something to blow the doors off your week. Most of all, you need something you can relate to. Well, I’ve got great news, young workers of America, Comedy Central understands your plight.
“Big Time In Hollywood, FL” tells the epic story of two brothers, neither of whom have moved on from the confines of their nurturing parents’ home, desperate attempt to break into the glamorous world of the motion picture industry. As you can probably imagine, it’s not an easy ride. Anyone who’s ever gone toe-to-toe with their parents over lifestyle choices, career paths, or even living arrangements will be able understand this. Yeah, I know you may cringe at the idea of being reminded of your own shortcomings, but seriously, we can all relate to chasing dollar bills and completely ignoring our moral compasses while doing so.
I know that, at the end of the day, you’re going to spend your Wednesday night how you see fit. Maybe you think you’ve earned a mid-week happy hour, but guess what? That costs money that you don’t need to spend. You’re much better off picking up dinner and relaxing with a few refreshing beverages all while watching two guys who are just trying to get ahead in life have their lives unravel in unbelievable fashion. Don’t we all secretly feel better about ourselves after watching someone else’s wheels fly off in train wreck fashion? I know what I’ll be doing on Wednesdays..
Big Time In Hollywood, FL airs Wednesdays at 10:30/9:30c on Comedy Central but you can watch the first episode RIGHT NOW for FREE online by clicking here
or on the Comedy Central App.
Is the new show about what happened to Brian? If so I’d be curious to watch and find out.

The Grandex bildaburger group must have got to him for planting the seed of lake life on a sun tracker in our minds, with all their ad revenue living the dream on Lake Travis they’d be nothing.
Brian pulled a Zuckerberg about not wanting to monetize the site yet. Grandex would have none of this. In this story Eduardo wins.
How much did they pay you to post this column?
Where in the hell has McGannon gone? Has he pulled a Hemingway and dipped out to Havana? Was he kidnapped by masked thugs in the dead of the night and forced to chronicle the seedy adventures of Dan Bilzerian? Did he walk through a creepy wardrobe and wind up in Narnia? Is he being held for ransom by the Kansas City mob over a debt from an overconfident NCAA Tournament bracket? We’d like answers. So long as he hasn’t taken up painting, moved to the south of France, sliced off an ear, and started calling himself “Vincent”, I think he’ll be ok. But we’d still like to know.
Hardly noticed the big time in hollywood, fl banner that has surrounded the whole website for the past week…
