I’m happy to announce that it’s cajun chicken pasta night at the Ruff household. As you know, I generally avoid carb-heavy dinners. That’s how I stay quick at 154. This dish, however, is always an exception to the rule. Coming off of a lunch featuring a Hat Creek burger, two patties wrapped in lettuce and covered in their proprietary sauerkraut with added bacon and jalapeños, I think I’ve earned it.
