Job Posting Starts Well But Ends Poorly, Is By All Measures Sexist

When I used to pace the sidelines of my middle school B team, not playing because of general lack of ability and size, my defensive backs coach used to yell, “FINISH STRONG!” in his disturbingly deep voice. That message still rings true today. It’s all about how you finish.

While I applaud them for their honesty, I must chastise them for their complete lack of awareness.

If you’re going to post that, why not just roll this out there instead?
